All of our photo shoots come with a single- user license agreement. All photos purchased by a client may be used in any desired manner by that client to promote/ market their listing for sale, lease or rent. That client has exclusive rights of use to the photos that they purchase while the listing is active. Once the listing is cancelled, expires or is sold, the single- user license expires. The original purchaser of the photos may continue to use the photos for their marketing use, however, the photos become property of the Bowman Group. Once property of the Bowman Group, the photos may be resold to another party.
Just as with a vehicle lease, the leasing party may exclsuively drive the vehicle as they please for the duration of the lease. Once the lease ends, the vehicle must be returned to the dealership where it may be offered for lease or sale to another party.
Exclusive indefinite licensing is availble at an extra charge.
